“I Will” and “I Have” Actions:
My Efforts to Resist and Unsubscribe
I support freedom from authoritarian regimes like the one we currently have in office, by having joined the resist and unsubscribe movement and have taking the following actions below:
- Canceled my Amazon Prime Subscription
- Stop shopping at Amazon. Switch my electronics shopping to B & H Photo
- Canceled my Microsoft Account as it was a conduit for data collection
- Canceled my ETSY account (Not necessarily Resist and Unsubscribe related, but of the same reasoning. ETSY is abusing there email marketing system to email customers of purchases without consent and no recourse to opt-out)
- Canceled my AirBNB account for the same reason.
- Close my shop May 1st and May 2nd on Mayday of 2026 and henceforth until this authoritarian regime is abolished. If you want to stand against Authoritarianism and If the conditions in your life support it, sign the Pledge.
I will refuse to do business with any person that I know who
- Collaborates with people, or efforts that are involved in undermining American Democratic principles by supporting the actions of the administration (not limited to, but currently under Trump presidency) to (but not limited to) conduct illegal wars, steal money from the American people, involved in weakening laws, de-prioritizing checks and balances that harms our country. This includes supporting mass deportations of American Citizens (regardless of race, gender or religion).
- Supports efforts of mass surveillance in this country by promoting or supporting the Flock Safety/Ring camera systems, or supporting/associating with individuals involved in supporting these activities.
- Anyone that supports or encourages relationships with, or is involved with any individual that have relationships with Palantir who are also involved in providing tools to institutions that encourage authoritarian efforts. Peter Thiel’s pursuits to destroy freedom is one massive example of harm.
If you are involved in any of the above people or activities, your actions have consequences. By your actions, or inaction’s, you will be held accountable.
