My Response to Open Web Censorship Calls-to-Action

Recently, I received an email from Anita Moorjani, someone who has been an inspiration to me from the NDE crowd. I also received another message about censorship from the Stop Killing Games movement about the same topic. This is my message to people of the internet to stop using for-profit web platforms

The Open Web Is Being Locked Down And Games Will Die With It!

The Stop Killing Games movement released a response to target initiatives that aim to censor speech on the web. If laws are written in a way that assumes every online service is a giant platform with lawyers, compliance teams, ID-verification systems, app-store integration, and moderation infrastructure, then small communities get squeezed out. Communities should not be prevented from keeping games alive because the open web is being turned into a permissioned, age-gated, platform-controlled system.
